(Answer) (Category) SCO(Caldera) UnixWare 7/OpenUNIX 8 FAQ : (Category) Networking :
Why can't I see computers on another subnet with Visionfs?
UnixWare now has Samba. See http://www.samba.com for information on setting this up.
On Older Versions of UnixWare you can use Visionfs.

Visionfs uses NetBIOS names for host to IP resolution, but NetBIOS broadcasts don't cross routers. A solution is to edit:

      /etc/lmhosts
      c:\windows\lmhosts
      c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\lmhosts
or put a Visionfs host on each subnet.
