(Answer) (Category) SCO UnixWare 7/OpenUNIX 8/OpenServer 6 FAQ : (Category) System Administration :
What are the keys I press to kill a process?
When you are running a program that is seemingly stuck, like an nslookup that isn't working, you can press the 'Delete' key or 'ctrl-c'. If neither of those work, you can try 'ctrl-\', but that will dump a core.
