(Answer) (Category) SCO UnixWare 7/OpenUNIX 8/OpenServer 6 FAQ : (Category) General Information :
How do I access DOS diskettes?
In UnixWare 7 and OpenServer 6, the old DOS utilities have been replaced with the mtools programs, so that SCO does not have to pay royalties to Microsoft. We now have:

      mdir mcopy mdel mmd mformat
Make sure to use the newest version of mtools.

Some older versions of UnixWare 7 you have to install these utilities from the Skunkware CD's.

Beware of mtools 3.9.1, it has a nasty bug that appears
when you deal with larger diskettes. See the mini-HOWTO from Matt
